By using CrossMyRoute you agree to these terms. Please read them before joining.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your account and content respectful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that harass others, deface locations, or break the law.

Content you submit

• You keep ownership of the photos and stories you post. You give CrossMyRoute a worldwide, royalty-free license to display them in the app, map, and community gallery.
• Only submit crosses you have permission to photograph, and respect private property when visiting.
• Locations of memorials and gravesites should be shared with care and dignity.

Membership

• Premium membership is $29.99 per year and renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period.
• Premium benefits may change as features evolve, and some features listed are in active development.

Advertising

• Sponsor ads cost $175 per year or $25 per month. Only religious and family-friendly ads are accepted.
• See the advertising terms for refund policy, rejection grounds, and removal requests.

Purchases & billing

• Payments are processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments, powered by Wix). We do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Ad placements are non-refundable once approved and live, per the advertising terms.

Availability & liability

• The app is provided "as is." We work to keep it online and accurate, but map data comes from the community and may contain errors.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrossMyRoute is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including trips planned using community data. Always verify routes and road conditions independently.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
